Look at the 2 pictures below of failed pool heater heat exchangers.  If you wanted to file a warranty claim, the manufacturer would ask for a picture.  If you sent either of these pics – to any manufacturer – your claim would be denied due to “water chemistry.”

HOWEVER, for one of these 2, Lehmann Pools & Spas of Johnstown helped the customer get not just a new heat exchanger, but a whole new heater.  And, we did it a full year after the warranty period was up!
